科研简介:针对肝癌早期诊断困难、治疗手段匮乏、疗效不佳等瓶颈问题,开发基于功能生物材料的载体系统,实现小分子化疗药物、siRNA/CRISPR-Cas9/核酸疫苗等靶向递送,用于肝癌的低毒、高效治疗。已在Advanced Science, Molecular Therapy, iScience, Nano-Micro Letters, Theranostics, Advanced Healthcare Materials等国际刊物发表SCI论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后面上资助、福建省卫生教育联合攻关项目、福建省自然科学基金、福建省科技创新联合资金项目、福建省卫计委中青年骨干人才培养项目、福建省卫计委青年科研课题、福州市科技计划项目等多个项目。入选“福建省高层次人才”,“福建省青年拔尖人才”,“福州市高层次引进人才”,“福州市闽都英才”等计划。
